Location couldn’t be better—right in the downtown bathhouse district, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The modern design and large, clean bathrooms made for a pleasant stay. Free parking was convenient, though not always close, and elevators were often slow—two were out of order during my visit. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, but the service at the lounge was frustratingly slow. While my room was quiet and cozy, some amenities felt lacking. Friendly staff helped alleviate a few hiccups, but the experience was a mixed bag, with moments that truly shined and others that fell short.

The Hotel Hot Springs boasts an unbeatable location, just a short walk from downtown attractions. Despite some hiccups with housekeeping and the shuttle service, the attentive front desk staff, especially Jennifer, made our stay memorable. We appreciated the clean rooms and the flavorful breakfast options, particularly the scrambled eggs.

The location was really convenient, and I loved getting to explore the nearby attractions. I had some nice moments relaxing on the sun terrace, soaking in the atmosphere. Just a heads-up, the elevators were a bit slow, but it didn’t really take away from the overall positive vibe of my stay. 😊
